My card is created on a white card base. I variety of papers from my Halloween stash were used for the background and banners. The main image is from Art Impressions- Girls Night Out stamp set. I stamped it on Neenah Solar White paper and colored it with Copic Markers. I added Wink of Stella for shine and Sparkling Clear sequins from Pretty Pink Posh for sparkle!
