Christmas Cheer--Merry Monday #118

Happy Birthday to my sister today!  I hope you had a wonderful day!

My card today is for the Merry Monday Christmas Card Challenge.  It is right up my alley with ribbons and buttons!  I love both of these embellishments!  I am slowly building up my Christmas card stash, so it will not be so overwhelming in December.  The way this year is flying by, it will be here before we know it!

This card features the new "Cheerful Christmas" Stamp Set (available Aug. 28) and the Retired Stampin' Up! Designer Series Paper, "Merry Moments."

Memories--PPA213

I finally got back in my craft room and "tried" to organize all my new goodies from Convention.  I definitely have TOO MUCH stuff!  My husband tells me that every time he walks in my room.  I am not good with parting with things----you know, Old Teachers save everything because we might use/need it!!!!!!  I wish I had a more efficient way to organize my stamp sets.  I have them in alphabetical order, which is nice, but then I have to look at all of them before I decide what to use. If anyone has a better idea, please leave a comment and let me know!!!!

I loved Nicole's sketch at Pals Paper Arts this week.  My friend, Cindy told me that my style was clean and layered, and I finally decided, I think she is right!  This sketch is right up my alley.  The Design Team has some amazing examples this week.  Stop by and check out all their inspiration!!!

I made another card today with this fun new stamp, "SNAPSHOT" that I received at Convention.  I do think this is one of my favorites!  I hope you will enjoy my card!

Today I am playing along with Amy and the Design Team at Freshly Made Sketches!  The Design Team created some amazing examples this week.  Stop by their blog to be inspired!  All I can say is "WOW!"  

I absolutely love the new stamp set, "Groovy Love"!  I am such a 70's girl and this set really makes me smile!  All my friends are having Grandbabies, so I know this card will be used soon.  I hope you enjoy my card!
