My card is created on a Very Vanilla card base.  I added two pieces of Halloween paper from my stash to match the sketch.  The black circle was cut with the SU starburst dies.  I stamped the hat from the Simon Says Stamp If the Hat Fits.  I colored it with Copic Makers and cut it out with the matching dies.  The sentiment is stamped on Very Vanilla card stock from the same stamp set.  I sponged the edges with black ink.  This card was simple and fun to make!

Witching You The Best Day Ever PP407

August 26, 2018

It's Sunday and time for a new challenge at The Paper Players!

The amazing Jaydee is our hostess this week and she has an amazing sketch for all of us!  We can't wait to see your creations!

My card is created on a white card base.  I trimmed a piece of black card stock for the background.  I cut three strips of Halloween paper in my stash to match the sketch.  I stamped the Northwoods Witch Stiletto stamp and colored the legs and skirt with Copic Makers.  I added Wink of Stella and enamel dots to complete my card.  This was a very easy card to create!

Looking for some inspiration?  Make sure you check out all the blogs of the Design Team Members.

We are so excited to announce that our Ann Marie is back with us!  She is amazing!

Any one that knows me, knows I LOVE hippos.  When I saw this one at LaLaLand Stamps, I knew I had to have it!  The name of the set is Deck the Halls.  I stamped the hippos on Neenah Solar White with Memento black ink. I cut them out with my Scan N Cut machine.  I colored them with Copic Markers.

I created the little houses using the Build-A-House die.  I made one in pink and one in green and alternated the windows on each house.  The background is created using a snow embossing folder.  I used border dies to create the snow banks and distressed the edges with ink.

The sentiment is from the same stamp set.  I added Wink of Stella for shine.

I hope my hippos made you smile!

Thanks for stopping by!  Leave a comment and let me know your thoughts.  I love to hear from you!

The hop is hosted by the fabulous Kelly Lunceford's blog, so head over there to start from the beginning.

ENJOY the blog hop!  I hope we inspired you to make a few cards, too!
