I had a  little extra time today and I found a challenge that I have never entered.  I think I will give it a shot.  It is Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge and I loved the sketch for this week.  Since I need to get busy on my Valentine Cards, this is perfect!  Hope you enjoy my take on the sketch!

I am taking advantage of the weather and making a few cards.  I love having time to be creative and play with all my toys! 

The Create With Connie and Mary Challenge is perfect for me this week!  It features a few of my very favorite colors.  I am always drawn to the bright, vibrant colors and on gloomy days, it is even more perfect.  I love color challenges because it makes you  step out of the box and come up with a design.  I hope you enjoy my little Valentine in Bermuda Bay, Strawberry Slush and Basic Black.

Today has been a miserable, cold day.  It isn't snowing in Georgia, but it sure is coming down in Indiana.  My Mom went home yesterday and I am thankful she got home safely,  just in the nick of time.   I have spent most of the day getting my house back in order and doing some organizing in my craft room.  I am not very organized and I have so many pieces of paper that need to be filed.  I made a promise to myself that it would be done before the weekend is over. 

The colors in Nacho Average Challenge are fabulous!  On this gloomy day, it was a bright spot to see these vibrant colors.  I need thank you cards so, the challenge is perfect!
